Microsoft Office für iOS: Word, Excel und PowerPoint für das iPad im Anmarsch [Updated]

Microsoft hat laut einem Bericht der englischen Tageszeitung The Daily die Microsoft Office Anwendungen Word, Excel und PowerPoint für Apples iPad Tablet bereits fertiggestellt. Demnach wird Microsoft die Microsoft Office Suite für iOS bald im Apple iTunes App Store zu Genehmigung einreichen.

Mit Microsofts geplanten Apps Word, Excel und PowerPoint für iOS könnten Word-, Excel- und PowerPoint-Dateien und Anlagen auf dem iPad angezeigt, bearbeitet, erstellt und verwaltet werden. Ich hoffe nur das sich Microsoft, damit nicht zu viel Zeit lässt.

Microsoft is saying The Daily's picture of Office on the iPad is fake, but no comment on product itself.

A Microsoft spokesperson said the screen shot accompanying The Daily’s story is not a real picture of a Microsoft software product. But the spokesperson also said Microsoft is declining to comment as to whether or not the company has developed a version of Office for the iPad and/or when such a product may come to market. I’ve asked Daily Editor Peter Ha for a response (via Twitter). No word back so far from Ha.
