Office 2010 Help Files - Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers
This download contains files that list the control IDs for built-in controls in all applications that use the Office Fluent user interface. These names are also accessible within the 2010 products by hovering over controls in the QAT customization dialog, and looking at the screentip of the control.

After you have installed this download, view the files using Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 as you normally would. By default, files are installed to the following location: C:\Office 2010 Developer Resources\Documents\.
To open this files you will need to have Office Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 installed on your computer.
